Lehi City Planning Commission Members are paid $95.66 per meeting. Why the odd amount? I have no clue. ;)

I have been asked to evaluate our planning commissioners pay (or lack of). How much does your planning commission get paid? Also, is there a limit on pay for planning commissions with URS? Seems like I ran into something when we had our audit. Thanks for your help!
